Going up to my mom's in Newark on Christmas Eve morning and then coming back down to Cinci Christmas day. Heading down to Jax for the Gator Bowl the following Wednesday and heading back home on the 2nd.

Back to Portsmouth, then up to Columbus.

To Ada, OH to see the family, then to Cleveland to spend time with my sister.

Ugh..this is why I hate Christmas. Christmas Eve we will be going to my visit my wife's family for the holiday. Then we will come up..get up at home Christmas morning. Open our gifts here. Then we go over to the in-laws house around 11ish..open gifts there. Then we have to go to my wife's grandmothers house for another family get together. Open gifts there. Then we will leave there around 4..make the 2 1/2 hour drive down to Logan on Christmas afternoon to my parents house for our family get together and open gifts there. We will stay out our parents house until Sunday afternoon..then make the trip back home. We alternate every year between the families..it's quite the pain in the ass.

I'm heading up to NE Ohio Christmas morning after doing all the family things Christmas Eve.

Going nowhere (which is fine by me) except two blocks down to my in-laws Christmas night. My family are coming to our house Christmas day. Christmas Eve will suck as it will just be my hubby and I. Guess I can give him his present then....

Christmas Eve morning is my Christmas morning with my kids. So presents and hang out at home with them all day Christmas eve, then head to church, my moms house after that for food and presents with my whole family. Christmas Day... I am supposed to be going with my other half to his family. I think I may feel a very bad cold coming on that day though

Absolutely classic stuff

Grandparents in Norwich with my bro and his wife who are coming in from Bama on Weds.

I just drove home to Ohio until the 26th. Left Friday at 2:00 pm. Arrived Saturday night at 9:30 pm. Worst 2 days ever. Friday night we got to Wythville Virginia at 5, and was at a stand still on I 77 until 8:30 when we gave up and got a hotel at the last one still with rooms in town. Couldn't even make it up the hill to the parking lot. 77 ended up being closed, and people had to sleep in their cars on the highway, while 20 degrees out. Supposedly 77 was to be closed all day Saturday but we saw people driving so we made a go at it. It was slow going, but we made it to NE Ohio in 11 hours. There were deserted cars everywhere along the highway, and tons of wrecks. At one point in WV there was a 15 mile stretch of parked cars and semis on I 77 South. The national guard were on an off ramp waiting to go help when we passed by. They had to be parked there for a loooong time. So all in all a terrible trip home with an 8 hour drive taking two days. We were in the car for a total of 18 hours.
