Seriously, I used to keep some money stashed away. It's what we lived on when I was unemployed before I started my business.

Have $2400 in one dollar bills in my baseball card closet. Completely packed 2 rows of a Nike shoe box. Started saving in 1999.

Another $2000 total in a few other spots in the house.

When my grandfather passed away unexpectedly we found close to $20,000 deep in a large box in the back of a closet.

I don't know where....but I'd bet my Dad has a huge stash somewhere in his place.
