Alot of this is on Holmgren. He created an atmosphere that never had any accountability to any of the staff, and this is the result. There was no sense of urgency, because they knew Mike had the keys to the kingdom and no one would ever be fired as long as they were a Bob Lamonte client.
Shurmur should never have been allowed back this year, as he showed nothing last year to make anyone think another year was going to make a difference.
Now he is dead man walking and we are barreling toward a 2-14 season where everyone goes at the end of it.
Haslam just better have a plan that does not resemble Holmgren's "let's be arrogant and pretend we're smarter than the rest of the league" approach. I can't take much more of the incompetence without consequences style we've been subjected to.

You can't ban someone from a thread for posting a picture of the stadium. It annoys the hell out of me too, but fact is, he doesn't break any of the rules. There is nothing wrong with posting a stadium picture. There is nothing wrong with asking how the Browns aren't winning the game. Would I thread ban him? In a heartbeat. But obviously those with the power feel they have no reason to. I see both sides of it.

How can you tell the difference? Its the INTERNET. If you guys posted "The Browns should join the B1G." it would be a joke. If I posted the same thing, it would be trolling. Its a matter of opinion. BTW, Cowboys and Lolphins stadiums were WAY more empty than that picture today.

Just fucking make up something...this isn't the federal reserve, everything doesn't have to be done 100% by the rules already in place. You catch someone trolling, you ban them from the thread.

BTW, did you watch the game? Browns Stadium wasn't empty at all.

Past posting history is all opinion. Otherwise sleeper would have been long gone and others too. As soon as the mods let Durkie out of the basement he called other posters derogatory names. does anybody know why pat shurmur punted with 6 minutes to go in the 4th being down by ten? but i think we get murdered on national television. i am not looking forward to it. smh.

Just got back from the game...and man, that was an all around team effort.
Offensive line sucked balls.
Weeden was garbage.
Defense must have Stevie Johnson on their fantasy teams...he was wide open the whole game....even when they didnt throw to him.
Wide Receivers cannot bail out Weeden when he throws it a little behind them or low...whatever.
And most of all.....Pat Shurmur the clock is ticking...it is almost time for you to GTFO
