My ac is on 77, runnin all the time. I'll be shutting it off and open the windows soon. Its 84.6 dregrees here now outside.

John D. Rockefeller had his staff search the western hemisphere for the most comfortable climate. Their answer was Ormond Beach, Fl. He moved here when he was in his 70s. I fought a fire at The Casements one evening as part of a bucket brigade from the river to the home.

If Ormond Beach is the the most comfortable climate in the western hemisphere then why have the need for AC runnin all the time?

Running the furnace already, have a 9 week old and keeping her comfortable so she keeps sleeping all night.

I'm 10 miles inland in the Tomoka swamp. I used to live on the peninsula. Its great except for all your stuff rusting.
