You can joke but I can't? That hardly seems fair.

It was a joke carried over from your parenting rants. Calm down.

Oh crap, any minute now, McBurg is going to come here with a poorly-written rant on how mods should hold themselves to higher standards and never joke about anything because it's bad.

Except, it didn't make sense.

There is no difference btwn posting pics of his daughter on her own page and posting the same pics on his page. Hence, my serious question: how would it hurt her? Whereas there is a pretty big difference btwn letting kids watch inappropriate content vs not.

I'm pretty calm, btw.

You said this in a previous thread:
Good parenting involves doing only things that help your child's development, not letting them have or do things that probably won't hurt them.
The joke was based on that post because in this thread you asked how it would hurt them. Derp.

And now I'm done with this conversation. Feel free to get the last word in.

Except you already tried that joke. You picked a random activity and said how does that help your children and failed.

The statement implied that I wasn't referring to things such as watching football out with friends or changing your oil.

The point still stands and it's correct. Do things that are good for your children and not things that probably won't hurt them. i.e why risk it. You just didn't like how I said it. In fact, you've already admitted you were being a dik about because you thought I came across as authoritative.

I know..."ok".

Legitimate question.

What is worse? The people that create these Twitter accounts for their pets? Or the people that follow the pet's account?

Even worse are people who send out birthday party thank-you notes "written" by their babies, such as "Thanks so much for my new cute top. I love it!"

I would like to write a note back that says, "I'm so glad you like your new cute top. If you wear it to the club, I hope it doesn't motivate somebody to rape you."

Look it, f---- stick, everyone realizes that you or your wife wrote that letter. Next time, if you want to at least make it believable that your 12-week old had something to do with it, slap some finger paint on the note and don't write in mother fucking cursive.
