Yea, I dunno the exact number of strains they cover but it seems like pretty much a crap shoot. But, part of my bias is that infection control people at our hospital our some of the biggest hags you'll ever meet.
3,000-50,000 people die annually from the seasonal flu in the U.S. (source: CDC).
