Does apple offer over-the-ear headphones?

Why don't you just act all trendy like the cool kidz and get some Beats?

Because I'm not trendy and those things are like $300.

Also, my kid has Sennheiser 201s....they are cheap and he loves them. They run 25 or less I think

Bumping this up because I forgot about my old co-worker (I've moved jobs twice since then) and I'm also in the market for new headphones.

Anyone have experience with Shure in-ear monitors? I've been eying these but haven't pulled the trigger:

https://www.amazon.com/Shure-SE215-K-Isolating-Earphones-MicroDriver/dp/B004PNZFZ8/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1486736762&sr=8-3&keywords=shure+se215

I am also considering these from Sony:

https://www.amazon.com/Sony-MDR7506-Professional-Diaphragm-Headphone/dp/B000AJIF4E/ref=pd_lpo_267_bs_t_2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=VGXADKHYCED8RPFAZ9YS

I had a pair of Audio Technica ATH-M50x's for just over a month. They sounded great but one of the drivers crapped out after about 40 days and Audio Technica was going to charge me the shipping costs ($20ish) to send them in for repairs. I ended up returning them to Amazon for a full refund and never bought anything else.

I've heard good things about those Shure's.

I'm very hard on earbuds and probably get a new pair every quarter. Right now I'm on these. Really nice sound for the money and extra bassy.

I got the Sony noise cancelling Bluetooth headphones for Christmas and love them. But if you want buds, obviously have to go a different route.
