This post begs for the question to be asked, but it's not going to be me asking it. There are too many other posters that have dibs. ;)

It's SVF.

Kidding. my brother has never needed moderated that I've seen, and if he did, I would not only Basement ban him, but I'd drive to his house and kick him in the shins. :D

I'm almost as bad.

I was an only child growing up with a single mom.

When I was a senior in high school, my mom started dating and eventually married my step dad, who has 5 girls

21,19,18,17,10. I'm pretty close with the 19 year old because she came to live with us when she got into high school, and I was just finishing college. I'm close with the 10 year old just because I've been in her life since she was 2-3 years old.

Two years ago, I found my biological father, who (including me) has 4 kids with 4 women. My half brother is 2 months older than me...

I then have a 16 and a 10 year old half sister. I could be close to the 10 year old if my dad made more of an effort to have me in his life just because she loves having a real big brother (my brother is mentally handicapped, so he can't take her out and do stuff)

tl;dr.... I went from being an only child as a high school senior 8 years ago to having 5 step sisters, 2 half sisters, and 1 half brother.

There is a chance I might be O-Trap's real dad, but there's no chance I'm his brother.

I'm the youngest of 3. I have an older brother who lives in Illinois and an older sister who lives in Tiffin. Relationship is good with both, but we don't see each other a whole lot. My brother and I talk on the phone maybe once every 2-3 months and see each other about twice a year. My sister and I text a lot, talk on the phone maybe once a month and try to get together at least once a month (since we're fairly close). We were always a close knit family growing up (everyone, not just immediate)...so I miss the days of getting together once a week with all of my family and having lunch/dinner and hanging out. With the exception of my sister, most all of my family is back in Illinois still.

I would have put my life savings on Durk being your younger brother. How much older?

I have an older brother and a younger sister. We were raised in a strict christian home, so we tended to hide our rebellious actions, and that meant from each other. Because of that, I honestly think it has affected our relationships as adults. My brother and I are close, but really only when we are together, drinking beers. Put us in a family situation, and he's just not himself, always acts pissed off, and no one knows why. Drives my wife nuts, as he is just flat out disrespectful, and rarely talks to anyone. My sister and I are close as well, but again, are not as open to each other b/c of our upbringing.

I consider myself a christian, but I resent my upbringing. To this day, I refuse to attend my church where I grew up. Snotbubbles can attest to this... my old church is referred to as a cult in my hometown.

Yeah I was thinking deydurkie was the younger.

I have a brother who is 8 years older. Lives out in LA. We maintain a close relationship despite being on opposite sides of the country.

I can't attest to that. I don't even know what church you went attended. And I don't recall any church in that town being labeled as a cult. Sorry bro.

I thought he could verify, but my statement is true. Maybe not so much anymore, as there is a whole new church body, pastor, elders, etc. But when I was growing up, it was said to me many times growing up.
