Cops said they've been seeing a lot of this in North side Chicago, as the South side gangs are getting to the point where they are having gang initiations and are telling new members to "hit up $x.xx in electronics and you're in." Both their wallets were sitting right next to their phones and computers, even a nice $400 watch...they just took the iphones and computer.
Cops said just be glad they said to get electronics, and not your lives.

tl;dr-****in black guys robbed us. chicago's really starting to piss me off. our mayor sucks.

Rmolin73 is not black, he is caramel. Leave him out of this as he would only know about 'half' of the situation...pun intended.

So the "CSI" people were here late last night dusting for fingerprints on the window. The guy thinks he found a couple prints and said he'd have a detective come talk with us sometime this week...he said if they do catch the guy, because he had a taser and sparked it in my roommate's room, it went from 1-3 years to 15-30 years. Damn lol

My daughter lives in Chicago for the past 4 years Lakeview Area things are getting worse.
She is very proficient with a 9MM and we both are thinking about bring one to her in our next visit for her apartment.
She has Pepper spray and she carries two knifes (she is very aware of the point of attack). Still the worry is still their and the danger is still a possibility but we want her to have a fighting chances.
