In this hypothetical, are we still just as we are or do we "fit" into our new universe? For example: If I pick Oz, am I human stuck in Oz or do I get magical powers too?

For the sake of discussion we'll say you get the powers that come along with being a normal person in that universe. If that means everyone breathes underwater, you can breathe underwater. But if just one special character can do it, you most likely can't.

BTW, I think I choose Skyrim. I can browse everyone's pockets without a care in the world, and can probably learn magic if I wanted to. On the flipside, dragons.

In this example, you had better be specific as to which Oz you're going to...or unspeakable things may happen to you.

That pretty much takes out any cool fantasy world...where the chosen heroes and main villains have cool powers, and everyone else is a peasant or footsoldier who exists to be blown to bits by the guys with the cool powers. I mean, if I was in the Wheel of Time world, I wouldn't want to be the Dragon Reborn, but to be a random dude with channeling powers who immediately betrays the light, turns to the Shadow and torches small villages for the lulz...I could do that!

Easy choice...Underworld. You get to live forever AND get Kate Beckinsale. It's an added bonus that she can regenerate after I tear her apart every night.

Seems like a bad deal for vball. The eternal life with Kate is cool. Knowing he's getting her after you tear her up every night...that's gotta hit where it hurts.
