Back tracking to the first page... even if Brookfield doesn't run much Zone Read, the princible is still the same. Keep #12 and #3 in check.

About their schedule...the toughest games they have left on the schedule are against Warren JFK and Youngstown Christian. Both are decent D6 programs, and are having a lot of success this year... but neither are exactly powerhouses. The thinning out of their schedule has already begun.

If I come on here and post something moronic and insulting, I expect to be ridiculed for it. I wouldn't take it personal. Same goes for the Brookfield kids. Why patronize them for coming on here and being arrogant and offensive, just because they're kids and they play for Brookfield? They knew what they were doing.

I'm not excusing or condoning calling HS kids trash. Struthers got the same wrap for how many years? But if #75, #13, and #2, are only out to talk trash and try to start trouble, don't blame anyone for having something to say about it. I don't think anyone would have been bothered, if Hiner and Co. came on here with something clever, civil, or insightful to contribute, rather than just joining the site to talk trash and leave when things get real.

Don't defend that kind of behavior. If they have anything good to say, I'd love to hear it. But if I were their coach, and I found out they were running their mouths in the papers and on the forums, they'd be looking at suspensions.

Did Spread, Ohio, and scoreboard, overreact? I think so. Accusing Brookfield of playing dirty is one thing, and I'd agree with them. Calling Brookfield trash and making trailer park jokes is pretty low brow though.

I'm not saying to sit back and take crap... but don't go down to that level.

Henderson is not that great either.. Any kid who get 70 touches a year will put up number. Struthers could of had that last year with a receiver and they could easily do it with Kimbrough too. Its not so much the talent, but the size compared to our db's.
