Please let this happen.

Have been to two final fours. Both experiences were great, except for the actual viewing of the games. Each time I had great lower level seats but it was still a hollow experience.

If they could put it back in basketball arenas I would be far more likely to attend again.

Here's to a final four in the garden or one at the Stapler in LA. Would be awesome.

Yes, please. More about atmosphere, less about ticket sales.

It'll never happen because the almighty dollar will talk them out of it.
Unless they quadruple the ticket prices if they go back to arenas to cover the difference in revenue, they'll never do it.

The only problem with moving the Final Four back into places like the Meadowlands or even MSG is that all-of-sudden it becomes almost impossible for the average fan to ever attend one again. Available attendance for the event would be reduced dramatically -- by almost 60,000 seats in some cases -- in turn launching ticket prices into the stratosphere.

As much as I enjoy the intimacy of smaller venues, I'd much prefer to keep the event in larger arenas and have a guaranteed chair ready for me if my team should be so fortunate to be there. Whether that means sitting near the floor, which I've been lucky enough to experience at the Final Four before, or hanging from the rafters, I don't particularly care as long as I am watching my team.
