That's right, I forgot. You're economics "education" begins and ends with all you've forgotten about Adam Smith, and you've not learned a thing since.Footwedge;1263940 wrote:2. I am hardly "clueless" on competition. That's always been your feeble retort. It is YOU that is feeble minded on what free market competition entails...as espoused by the original "free hand" marketers of Adam Smith's day.
But answer the question you've now ducked twice - how many outsourced jobs have we lost since 1980? It's a simple question, have we lost more than 5M jobs to outsourcing since 1980, or total ever? It's entirely relevant, because when you advocate protectionism you wave buh-bye to those 5M jobs. Your inability to grasp this is expectedly unsurprising. The question is entirely relevant, and if you knew the answer you'd understand why. But if you understood, we wouldn't be having these discussions. So please, go teach yourself somethign and then come back to "enlighten "me.
And I've corrected you once before, I don't have three degrees in finance and economics. Do you ever learn anything?
