September 4th LO. CO Update

Riverside is 0-2 but they've losted to some really good teamz. Ben Logan who will win the trophy and Triad who will share a trophy.

Bellefontaine is 0-2. Another tough loss to a very talented team, Sidney Yellow Bees. These guys are from fucking Austrailiai so it make sense that theiiiir really good at football AMerica.

Indian Lake is 1-1. They lost to the PAtrios in the NFL. Whoopedeee freaking doo. They'll still win a championship.

Ben Logan is 1-1. They lost to West Liberty-Salem who is the best team in the world.

Coldwater is 2-0. They are still just ummokay. I'll be suprisdid if tehy win any more games this football year.

School districts within Logan County:
West Liberty-Salem is 2-0. Aermicas team. 10-0 and 3 state championships later, you will see what I'm saying about.

Eh. Who knows. Unemployment in MC is 4.4% so maybe working hard, working smart and a strong family base i guess. Alot of people grow up here and stay so there is a strong sense of community pride.

It's really impressive how many legit cross country runners come out of (around) Mercer county. Coldwater, Minster, Anna, Versailles and Ft Loramie has recent state success.

Coldwater has a girls soccer team.
No teams in the MAC have a boys soccer team and a football team. New Knoxville has a boys soccer yet no football. NOT 100% about anna and soccer. They only play football in the league

I don't think Soccer kills football. I actually think it helps it. It gives the school more opportunities to offer to its students. It gives the football team access to better kickers. When you give kids more opportunities, you are likely to see numbers increase across the board, as students may feel "pressured" to participate in something, whether it's band, football, CC, soccer, cheerleading, volleyball, etc.

Back when I was in high school, St. Mary's was the shit. 10-0 and crushed the WBL most years. What happened? Just lose all momentum after that great coach (Baughman?) left/died/whatever?

It dropped off pretty quickly. I think they had a short decent resurgence but this year, according to some SM people I know, they may only win 1 game.
