Yeah, makes total sense considering I root against SEC teams. Gothcha. Only root for the conference for bowl games, same as almost everyone on this site. Only defend the conference as a whole when people try discrediting what they have done. How quickly SEC fans forgot 2004 where the SEC was considered so weak that an undefeated Auburn team couldn't even sniff the BCS Championship game. Amazing what a contract with ESPN in addition to their CBS contract can do for the hype of a conference.
