Of course. A bond or similar FR document. CA is just being technical. He knew what I meant - insurance or the equivalent.

Yes. The point being that forced commerce doesn't exist in this case. You are not required to purchase insurance or even a surety bond.

That "reasonable degree" is $30,000.00.
