When i used to work in the ghetto there was one guy who would write like 90% of his tickets for tint. It wasnt hard to go through a whole ticket book in a day that way.

Are you serious? This kid has been driving this car all over Wayne, Holmes, Medina, Stark and Summit and a cop pulls him over on busy 71 to do this?

The cop says the tint is ".09%", whatever that means. The fine is about $180. BUT, removal of the tint prior to the assigned court date and visual inspection of such by Middleburg Heights Mayor's Court personnel will alleviate you of having to pay any fines for the infraction, but you will be responsible for court costs.
