Apparently some CBS stations chose to show it and some did not. On our cable one did and one didn't.

No, CBS had the rights to the final. Yet, they didnt pre-empt it, so it wasnt required by anyone to actually show their broadcast. So dumb. No way that doesnt get better ratings than daytime talk shows.
