This is how Ross walked the red carpet before the roast as Joe Paterno.

I guess I'm a different kind of cat than a lot seem to be. I'm not saying Paterno is innocent but there are people who are acting like he is the one who committed the acts. You hear more about Paterno than you do Sandusky. I realize Paterno is the big big name but he shouldn't be as demonized as he is in my opinion.

Joe Paterno knew about child rape occurring and let it continue. He deserves to be demonized.

And Sandusky has certainly been demonized, I mean, dude will probably die in prison.

The problem is that people tried to keep Paterno's reputation intact after this all came to light which is absurd. He is not someone to look up to.

It was, upsetting. Nobody wants to come on a roast anymore it seems. All the biggest roasters over time just don't do them anymore. I think it's in part because of the death of Greg Giraldo, he would always kill right off the bat and set up the rest. IMO if it wasn't for Gilbert Godfried at the end it would have really sucked. I'm hoping they can get a solid cast so these roasts can be as good as they used to be. Jeff Ross had a good set though.

I thought Amy Schumer and Jeff Ross were the best. Anthony Jeselnik (spelling) and Gilbert Gottfried were alright. I thought Gilbert's pig/sheep joke was the best of the night. The rest of the roasters were just ok. Greg Giraldo being gone really blows and they need to get Lisa Lampanelli for every roast.

I saw Lisa Lampanelli in June. Fucking hilarious.

Looking back to the old roasts the used to get everyone. I really hope they can regain that and draw in some of the best comics.

Ill be honest, I dont know why but I do not find women to be funny in a stand up comic way at all. I can't really remember the last time I laughed at a Female Comic out loud.

Amy Schumer and Lisa Lampanelli are the only two female comics I find overly funny.
