I've always thought the dude was a douchebag. And I've never really liked him.

But I saw this today, and he is now one of my favorite people in track-and-field.

I apologize if this has already been posted. I didn't see a thread on it, and didn't feel like going through both Olympics threads.

Wow, what a class act, We can't get our own citizens to STFU during the national anthem.

There is no reason to hate any of the Jamaican athletes...they are all out there smiling and enjoying themselves... real treat to watch, unlike the smug pricks on our bball team

I never hated him. I just thought he was a douchebag. But I have a lot more respect for him now.

Ive actually always liked him. I think he is pretty funny and just enjoys himself. But that was pretty awesome to see.

"We need to cut the interview. Is it live? National Anthem..." You could tell he felt really bad, but he was not going to keep going during a country's national anthem.

Did I hear correctly last night that his 100 Meter sprint only contains 41 steps?

Averaging 8ft a step is pretty impressive, especially considering his first few aren't as much.

Just thought he was douchey. But during an interview with a foreign news reporter, the Star-Spangled Banner started playing. The reporter continued her question and Usain stopped her and made her wait until the National Anthem was over before he would let her continue her question.
