at 2 comin home from the bars and was made to do a zillion sobriety tests...passed that crap with flying colors. I normally can't walk a straight line or balance on one foot for very long so it musta been adrenaline...heart was beating pretty fast.

well I passed the tests so the officer says I wasn't drunk...I was probably borderline

no...had to stand on one foot for a minute, had to walk 9 steps and count out loud then turn back around, and had to follow the light without moving my head. I did pretty well so no need for the b-lizer

That's why they waived the breathalizer. Cops are reluctant to make a suspect blow twice in one night.

apparently not - prolly had 8-10 beers over the course of 5 hours. Mix dinner in with it and the fact I'm 6'2 235 and I wasn't really drunk at all.

not being drunk and driving? Why wouldn't I be proud? I'm not gloating over a DUI I escaped...I wasn't drunk. Was just nerve-racking...you douche

well i wasn't under the influence either...unless you're one of those people who say one beer will make you under the influence, and if that's the case well I might as well sell my car and get a bus pass
