Okay, I just googled the Salt Lake City logo, and low and behold it features the Mormon Church.

So why hasn't a lawsuit been threatened there??

You mean this logo?





The Steubenville logo wasn't a 'skyline of the city'. This was an artists' rendition of the key parts of Steubenville. If SLC ever had a logo that showed the whole skyline, from any angle, the Mormon temple would always be present because it is the tallest building in SLC.

If Steubenville showed a 'true skyline' in the logo, and a church happened to be present in the logo, no harm no foul. But, this wasn't the skyline.
