What good has happen today for you?
or
What good deed have you done for someone else today?

I had a women buy me coffee and two donuts. This not new this happens once or twice a month but it still makes me feels good.

I stop at a local place before going into the office. I pulled in got my coffee and standard two donuts walked to the counter. The lady (little younger than me, nicely dressed and OK looking, likly on her way to work) said I'll get that.
I saw your truck pull in, saw your plates and the rear sticker ... Is that you... yes it is ...I said

I love doing this to ladies ... I said, I thank you, it was my honor to serve and mostly to serve for people like you... Hug Hug They don't expect a hugs...

This makes for a good morning and a great day...

What good has happened to me today?
Got a few miles in at 6am this morning, and then got to sit around and eat breakfast and watch TV for an hour or so all by myself. PRetty sad when that is what makes a good day!

Nothing good has happened for me today. I woke up in the middle of the night with a nasty charlie horse in my calf and then the Reds lineup was announced and Ryan Ludwick was not in it.

The neighbor lady told my wife that she did an act of kindness this morning. She gave a bum $5.

My wife asked "oh, and what did your husband say?".

She responded, "He said thanks".

Ta-da! If I made you laugh, then I did an act of kindness today.

It is community picnic weekend in our town so that is a blast! Beer stand opens around 5pm today, fireworks and parties fri night, beermitton tournament saturday, in the parade sunday and festivities till midnite sunday.

I test my 1st-6th grade students every spring and have for 14 years (about 425 boys in 3rd grade)....and 11'3 is the longest jump we have recorded....by spring my kid should be all over 12 ft. He can broad jump 74 inches and can get about 6 inches from touching our traditional 8 foot ceiling. I love baseball more than anything....but he'll be doing track down the road, he absolutely loves it.
