Established fact the NBA can drug test but not for marajuana per the players CBA. Why? Because a culture of acceptance allows for that to exist. And some (myself included) would call that culture Thug or Thug Wannabe which many NBA players try to portray. Is every NBA player (e.g. Steve Nash) doing drugs, carrying guns, beating on women...etc?
