Read that he was pulled over for no seatbelt and that there was drug paraphernalia found in the car. Supposedly he had a passenger (his cousin) and it belonged to him. Sounds kind of weird, especially since no seatbelt is a secondary violation, but I guess it depends on the law in the city where he was stopped.

Probably won't end up being a big deal, but these guys need to be smarter. If it truly was his cousin's, then don't be caught riding around in public with someone that has drugs or drug paraphernalia on them.

That's the problem with media, and especially social media, these days. There is such a rush to be the first to break a news story. They'd rather take the chance and be wrong.

Maybe it was his cousins, but to be sure he is telling the truth, he should be given a drug test.

Not good either way, as he got caught breaking the law regardless. I doubt Urban handles it any differently regardless of whether the citations led to an arrest.

So player A rapes someone. Player B gets a speeding ticket. He's not going to handle those punishments any differently?

Both were caught breaking the law!!

You made it overly simplistic. I'm saying if he got caught with weed, I doubt he splits hairs on whether he just got cited versus cuffed and taken in for the evening.

I don't think they actually had weed on them.

There's a pretty significant difference at least in my mind of being arrested and being cited.

Worst part is, Dustin Fox is the one that put it out there that he was arrested. Fox knows Dunn well, so I pretty surprised he put it out there without having the facts.

Fox must have got wind that he was busted for it and assumed he was arrested. I'm sure him and Dunn will have a nice chat.

At least he didnt sign an autograph and later get a tatoo. That would have been really bad.

How does he get charged with disorderly conduct if he was "polite during the entire stop"?
