True. I don't take precautions in the summer like the winter storms but I do believe I will fill up the car tomorrow and get a few bags of ice.

Batten down the hatches ... and it's sunny outside.

I think weathermen need tased if their forecast is off like this.

Or you should be tased for not actually looking at the forecast. It's supposed to heat up, then get nasty later this afternoon. You know, like most nasty summer storms do.

I looked at the forecast, and I know it's supposed to be hot, but last I saw, it was supposed to rain already.

And I spent six years working outdoors. I'm familiar with how summer storms tend to go. ;)

I'm not sure where you are located, but most of Ohio won't see anything until this afternoon. In my area, they are saying 3-6pm is the prime severe weather window.

I'm in Cleveland, where the Weather Channel app has been calling for scattered thunderstorms all morning, but there's not so much as a dark cloud anywhere in the sky as far as I can see.

The only weather app worse than the Weather Channel app is the one that comes pre-loaded on the iPhone. I much prefer the WKYC weather app.

Does that do weather nationwide? If so, I might have to upgrade weather apps.

St Paris is a hell of a lot cleaner and safer than Belle. Better public school system too.

St. Paris is dump. Hopefully a tornado hits it today and wipes it off the map.

It is really dark and windy here in Northwest Columbus. I have a lot of work to get done so I'm really hoping we don't lose power.

Looks like the real nasty stuff will stay south and east of me. Columbus will get some good thunderstorms though.

First line prompted a tornado warning right on the border by Pymatuning Lake (Trumbull/Ashtabula Counties) and is still nasty as hell as it heads into NY. Winds were reported to be flirting with 80 in eastern Columbiana County.
