If this isn't some troll I find it hilarious/sad that you think you can let or not let your 19 year old son do anything. You can't. You can approve or disapprove and if the latter you can stop providing certain benefits to him such as paying for things (you noted kicking him out of the house as an option), etc. But you really can't make a grown ass adult do anything they don't want to do.

I think you need to tell him to become a member on the OC, we have lots of questions that only he can answer, unless you have slept with her also. Make sure you tell him he will have submit some pics of the girl to help verify your story.

As was mentioned, all you can really do is put the fear of God into him about what can happen with flitty young girls, especially ones with strongly disapproving fathers. For starters, he should impose a TRO on himself - no contact - until she's 16. Even then, any relationship that starts before she's 18 exposes him to a whole different order of potential problems/accusations. People have been prosecuted after-the-fact when it's "proven" a relationship started before the age of consent.

And when it comes to allegations of sexual abuse, women are prone to lying for a variety of reasons (it's estimated up to 50% of college rape accusations are lies or mistaken identity), but the younger they are the more likely to lie for vindictive or other reasons.

My personal perspective is I think of this in terms of a 19 yr-old being a fresh/soph in college and dating a fresh/soph in highschool. Maybe a senior in highschool (usually because they were dating before he/she left for college) but otherwise it's kind of really weird. I wouldn't even be too comfortable with my freshman daughter dating a jr/sr 3 years older in college.

Besides the fact unless he's extremely hard-up, I can't imagine a 19 yr old WANTING to date a 15 yr old. Unless she looks like Kate Upton then this board would say it's all good.

No. The rule is divide by two and add 7. If you're 19, they should be 17 (16 if they're really hot). If you're 24, they should be 19. And so on.
