I think I prefer the 3 game sets better. 4 days in a row just is a little bit long to play the same team, plus you have the dreaded split possibility!

Do you prefer the 4 or 3 game sets?

I hate the 4 game. I feel like you should always have a winner and a loser. And in a 4 game set, you can tie.

Then again Bud loves the tie lol.

It's always cool when your team has a four-game home series against a bad team that's slumping at the same time that a key rival in the division is caught in the middle of a west coast road trip. In that scenario, four game series are the best.

I hate the 4 gamers. But logistically, it has to be done. I really hate them vs the east and west. Catch them at the wrong time and it's not good. At least versus the central you know it'll be pretty even through the division by the end of the year.

The Pirates sweep their 4 game series with Houston. BTW, the Bucs have three at home with San Francisco before heading into the All Star break. After the break they go to Milwaukee and Colorado.
