I don't need 5 weeks vacation working in a job I don't hate. I have been taking days just to give my nerves a break. I think I would be miserable if I missed out on trips. Now, if I actually liked my job and was only looking around for an increase in salary or something I would have a hard time giving up 3 weeks of vacation for a slight bump in pay.

Nah, it's a small operation (only 8 employees) and the salary they are offering me is already higher than they were planning on giving so I really wasn't too worried about it.
