I have been taking this supplement for about three weeks now and have made no other changes to my lifestyle, here are the changes I have noticed....


1. Double my energy level.

2. My hair and finger/toe nails are growing at an amazing rate.

3. I have more lead in my pencil, if you know what I mean.

4. At night, I sleep like I am in a coma.

5. My appetite has decreased immensely.

Is anyone else on this wonder drug or is this just the modern day snake oil?

Mostly snake-oil. The best thing it does is works as a natural laxative. Otherwise, it's useless.
