Wings are for poor people. My filet is boneless.

Hope this helps.

I love chicken wings, but I have had to cut way down because my cholesterol is shit. I've tried to cut down on fried greasy food all together, not just wings. But I used to eat them 2 or 3 times a week. I LOVE Roosters and Hooters.

Put your wings on the grill. You can still get them nice and crispy and lose a lot of the fat.

The 3rd section of the wing, the tip, I often eat completely, bones, skin, and all. I eat a lot of the joint material on other parts also -- cheaper than buying chondroitin!

Tried one of the best wings I've had in a long time from a local chinese place here in San Diego. Salt and Pepper chicken wings. They were HUGE and salty and spicy.

I like the triple atomics from Quake Steak. And given the demand driving up the price of wings, they're not really for poor people anymore.

If your I. Columbus and want some good grilled wings that are not to bad for you there's only one place to stop. Barleys brew house near the north market on high street has the best grilled wings you will ever have.
