I never was a big fan of having many girl-friends. Girls just don't offer the same "friend" stuff that my best guy friends have.

I don't have any. If I ever had one, it didn't last as a close friend long. Now that I am married, it'll definitely not happen...too much crap can happen with that "close" friends of the opposite sex situation.

It may be different when you're in HS/college, but for an adult, married guy to be hanging out 1-on-1 with a female strikes me as a bad idea. I never see that ending well.

100% agree. Even if it's nothing, the rumors and bad thoughts would be there. Makes for an awful situation.

Agree with you bot fft and hasbeen. In my younger days I would have disagreed but have learned a lot from my experiences though, I wouldn't do much different if I could. Taught me too much probably then I needed to learn lol. But it will definitely help me with my future relationship(s). I really wouldn't want my girl hanging out with a dude one on one so I figure I better not hang with my chick friends anymore. There is one though I will probably keep just because she kept it real with me about this last girl I liked and I wouldn't mind my future chicks hanging out with her because she is a great person with good morals.
