Agreed. Too many misconceptions. They hear "lift weights" and they see some 225 lb female bodybuilder with hair growing off of her teeth. Women just can't get that big, naturally. Try to keep the sprints at 8-10 sprints, less than 40 yards but I use a Prowler with weights. Generally take anywhere from 30 seconds to 1:30 minutes between sprints.
