But the fact is a lot of traffic (and thus revenue) is going to come from people wasting time at work. So a choice has to be made, to alter rules to help that, or keep on keeping on and possibly hurt growth
Personally, I use my phone to access it at work, problem solved.

Traffic during the day is actually picking up lately. Pageviews and ad revenue were way down. On a very nice uptick now. I'm not sure why you continue to argue your point. Is it that big of a deal that you just need to keep "racy" pictures in specific threads?

I'm not saying ban boobs. I like looking at those at home too. All I want to know is when to expect them. If I'm reading a thread about tball, I don't wanna see boobs. If I'm reading a thread about Kate Upton, I want and expect to see them.

I rarely even posts things like that except once in a blue moon so technically this has no effect on me. Personally i would rather see the site move towards an older crowd instead of trying to stay with highschool sports. Start focusing on the pro level. Getting involved and starting fantasy leagues etc (not sure if you have the technical ability to do that on this site). I think that would be the best way to get new members/traffic.
