PitMan, you should be able to find someone to write an access program that does this automatically for you. I use a similar formatter at work everyday.

I actually had all of this info compiled, and still might, for updates I had in the works for the OC. If I can find it I'll pass it along.

I tried to write a script to scrape the info from the site automatically but they've got something on there that blocked it. I was bummed.

We already collected a lot of this information in 2010 for the scoreboard/dastabase stuff we did here. Do you still have that Excel file? That may help pitman.

Thanks for the info. If you guys end up finding the data and can accurately import it into my Excel document and send it to me completed, I will donate the $30 to OhioChatter.

That would work.

Another column in my "schools" table that I'm not asking for since I didn't see it on the OHSAA site is "private_ind"... Just the letter Y if it's a private school. If you have that information, you could put it in the Misc Notes column as "Private" or something.

I just checked the old thread in the mod forum to see if you had uploaded the finished sheet or anything after combining all of our individual contributions. You didn't.

I might be able to get one of the interns at work to do it. The $30 should be donated to the OC. This place needs some cash to pay a developer to get negs.

I can get it done by this weekend for you and I'll only take $40. Up to you...I kinda do this stuff for fun anyway.

The link posted in the opening post has the info you need, including the Excel document you need to populate and my email address to send the updated document. Thanks! If you just want to send me your file but not update the Excel document, I will gladly take the data you have but will find someone else to fill out the Excel sheet and pay that person. It depends what justin does. If he just wants to send me his file but not populate the Excel document, then the money will go to the person who fills out the Excel document and sends that to me. I'd hold off until justin says what he's doing.
