Green tea always gives me a headache for some reason.
I echo everyone else. Your diet is the biggest thing, and just getting out and walking every day is enough exercise to be effective. I lost a ton of weight doing nothing more than a strict diet and walking 6 blocks (one way) to and from work 2 (or 4 if I went home for lunch) times a day.
