Saw this one Thursday night at the Gateway in Columbus.
I knew I wanted to see this because of the music that was going to be played.
Had no idea it was a Broadway Musical. But I found out in the first 5 minutes when the female lead broke into singing "Sister Christian" with the rest of the bus singing the "Motoring" part.

I must say I thought this was a fun movie. The girl in the Footloose remake was the lead in this.
Russel Brand and Alec Baldwin(who I think is an idiot) was great in this also.
They do a REO Speedwagon song together that was probably one of the funniest scenes I have seen this year.
It comes out June 15th.
Yinz guyz will enjoy this one

Was on the fence of seeing this movie...so its a musical? Not my kind of movie.

The music makes me want to see it. Tom Cruise makes me want to not see it. I just don't buy him as a rock star.

Yes he is in it, don't care for him at all but surprisingly he pulls it off.
He is trying to be a little bit like Axl Rose but he actually does a decient job.
I was very surprised.
One great line
the "couple" in the movie, she becomes a stripper and he joins a "Boy-Band"
They were talking who had it worse and she said to him "You Win" hahaha

I was at the radio station Sunday and they had the new single of Tom Cruise singing "Pour Some Sugar On Me" from this movie. Definitely sounds like Tom Cruise. Crap....average karaoke version you'd hear in any town in America.

Snow White and the Huntsman looks awful. The craziest part of the plot is that we're supposed to believe that Charlize Theron is the wicked witch. She is hotter than Snow White, played by that skank Kristen Stewart

I'll watch it. I thought Tom Cruise was good in Tropic Thunder...but I know a lot of people don't like that movie, either.

This has 3 strikes against it on me seeing it.
1. Musical
2. Crappy 80s music. Seriously, that myusic is so freaking chessey compared to the 60s and eatly 70s. Hell, even the 90s.
3. The cast.

Sucks. I thought it looked pretty good when I first saw the previews. Know about 6 people who have seen it. 4 liked it, 2 didnt. I might hold off now, but I also may get reallllllly bored Wednesday with a day off.

Going to check out Snow White tomorrow. I was just laughing with my dad about how the evil queen was better looking than Snow White.

The story is not told very well, yet it still has tons of potential, then kristen stewart just shits on the whole thing.
