When they're talking about people they have no intention of ever dating. Being the trainer for new hires at a large business was great for meeting chicks. Was screwing around with a 19 year old when I was 30. I think she thought I was mid 20's.
Too much of an age difference, didn't last long but was fun for a couple months.
