When they're talking about people they have no intention of ever dating. I think I referred to a former co-worker to a friend in that way when he was like, "You're divorced and single...why don't you talk to that receptionist I always get when I call you at work?". Trust me. 20 year olds don't know what they are doing compared to 30 year olds. Plus, 30 year olds have such higher hormones that they will let you do almost anything.

Being the trainer for new hires at a large business was great for meeting chicks. Was screwing around with a 19 year old when I was 30. I think she thought I was mid 20's.

Too much of an age difference, didn't last long but was fun for a couple months.
