I dont think it was. He was also the White Walker who took the baby in the woods than Jon Snow witnessed. He is obviously being portrayed as the leader, but havent they been gone for thousands of years? How would Viserys become the leader so quick?

The long flowing hair certainly makes him look like him though, but the beard doesnt.

I watched it again and remembered something...wasn't he (the white walker on the horse) in the first episode of season 1?

Didn't see this post, but yeah I'm pretty convinced that isn't Calise's brother.

No one would make him a leader of anything.
