WHAT THE FUCK.

Just pass on Yakupov like you dumbasses are apparently going to do and get it over with. Holy fuckstains, the incompetence is staggering.
At least they didn't give up the #32 pick....

And says he's content with Bob and Mason being the goalies next year. Neither of which had a save % over .900 or GAA under 3.00.

FUCK YOU HOWSON.

Philly's GM must have Howson on speed dial to sell his unwanted trash to Howson for millions.

FUCK YOU HOWSON DID YOU NOT SEE THAT HAVING A GREAT GOALIE IS NECESSARY TO WIN THE CUP?

I hate the CBJ. If they pass on Yakupov I give up.

What's worse - being an Islanders fan or being a Columbus fan? Shit sandwich or a turd burger?

If you're an Isles fan at least you have the 80s to fall back on. Sure, Milbury effectively nuked your team but you have four Cups. And hell, they have more playoff wins in the past six years than Columbus does.

The Jackets have never even won a single playoff game.

Maybe they should just dissolve the team and players can go to the highest bidder

I wonder what the high bid on Mason would be. Probably Nickelback tickets.

Jackets building their goaltending depth on day two; they nab the #2 and #3 rated European goaltenders in the 2nd and 3rd rounds (Oscar Dansk, Joonas Korpisalo). Actually like the moves, they need organizational depth at goalie. Now need to ensure there are forwards in the organization (either by trade or draft)

Scott Howson is probably the only person involved with pro sports who I would blatantly cuss out if I saw him in public. Can we trade Nash already?

How can an organization possibly be ran this terribly? I'm on the verge of completely giving up on the CBJ for good if we have another terrible start.

Blue Jackets reportedly turned down an offer from the Islanders to move up to #2. The alleged offer:

NYI receive:
#2 pick

CBJ receive:
#4 pick
#34
#65
#103
#125
#155
#185

For those keeping track, that's the Islanders entire draft to move up 2 spots. How did Howson turn it down (if true)??

The dispatch is also reporting the Islanders offered their entire draft for the #2 pick.

No defenseman has entered the league worth not making that deal since 1966.

I'm not really a CBJ fan even though I live in Columbus, but it still pains me when the FO proves time and time again to be the worst in the league.

Nash has been traded; Dubinsky, Anisimov, Erixon, and a 1st from the Rangers for Nash.
