I'm not a Mod, but I can confirm what Dey said at Midnight. It was 17-16 Jcrazy. I was confused by his post at Midnight because I thought he went down, until I read back about COA's vote changing.

COA changed his vote earlier,but it might not show in the poll vote making it a tie at midnight. The last vote for Jcrazy came after midnight...well midnight eastern standard time.

So any close race can be appealed and overturned based on the precident you just set.

In the event of a tie at the end of the competition, a 2 hour overtime period will occur in which initial votes will be cancelled out and a new poll will begin. The person with the highest number of votes after the overtime period advances. In the event the voting is still tied, the period shall reoccur until a winner is determined.

There is none. Take away COA's vote and give it to durkie, also take away the one extra vote for J crazy that was made after midnight. Durkie wins by 1.

This is true. Stupid me was just taking away one from Jcrazy and not adding it to Dey. I'm just glad there isn't a worse at Math contest as it would probably come down between me and footwedge.
