I had to go to my rule book on this one.
Section 12, Paragraph 13.3 reads:
In the event of a tie at the end of the competition, a 2 hour overtime period will occur in which initial votes will be cancelled out and a new poll will begin. The person with the highest number of votes after the overtime period advances. In the event the voting is still tied, the period shall reoccur until a winner is determined.

Damn, Iliketurtles got the shaft(no homo) in this tournament. He's an upset caliber poster but going against one of the most popular posters on here is tough sledding. I like his odds against any of the other 3 #1 seeds.
