stab in the dark here - the old jaol?THE4RINGZ;1173064 wrote:A local bar here in Wooster, we went there at least three times a month for years and years. The food was good, the service better, and the prices reasonable. A couple of years ago they changed the entire staff and menu. We started getting really poor service and the prices kept climbing. The last time we were there we were so disappointed in the entire experience, we vowed never to return, and we haven't.

Red Robin and Sonic are legit. Golden Corral is alright since you get all of the shitty steak you can stuff down your throat.Belly35;1172951 wrote:List of Restaurants:

I believe Bud always had part ownership within the Brewing Guild that owned it. They just bought out the rest of the owners. I drank it years ago, but haven't had it since 2006/2007.
I've always known about Land Shark.

Quite simply the worst Italian food I've ever eaten, and the pizza is just insulting.
The LaRosa's in Jackson is very good....and the pizza has never called me fat.

CiCis I will never go to again. Its just awesome, and I dont like eating bad pizza, especially when it is only warm because its sittin gunder a heating lamp.
We ate at CiCi's one time and I swear we hit a drive thru right after we left to get the nauseating taste out of out mouth.

I agree...unfortunately, US soccer has a contract with Nike...so I'll be stuck with the "swoosh" as long as US soccer is with it -- which will be forever.said_aouita;1172759 wrote:Nike
As for me, the only thing I can think of right now is schizandra berry tea -- TERRIBLE tasting stuff. I am sure I will come up with some others soon.

How the hell do you guys not like LaRosa's? Probably my favorite chain in Cincinnati, but I think Adriatico's and Dewey's are better.

No, Leroy's. Not a fan of the Olde Jail either except for the pretzel bites. Definitely not Lender's.

Oh, that is my favorite non-roller coaster ride. The trick is to sit in the back, and along a good inch between you and the bar. Then, you can get max air.Belly35;1173121 wrote:I love coasters, demon drop and all the other adventure rides but this one is a once and never again.

As to the thread, I can't stand the golden arches. Never a good experience.
Also Nike. I have never had a good pair of running shoes from Nike. They also fell apart way too early. I'm a loyal Adidas runner now.

Max & Erma's. The food is OK, but the service has been horrific on my last three visits. The last straw was a visit to the Hilliard location about three months ago - they were so shorthanded in the dining room that they brouught out one of the cooks to wait tables. He could not speak enough English to take the order verbally - he asked us to point to what we wanted on the menu. It took an hour to get our meal (which they did comp, at least).
Bob Evans - for personal reasons.

My wife had terrible service a couple of weeks ago at the Max and Erma's by Metro Drive North. She vowed never to go back.

Dunkin Donuts in Streetsboro may be getting banned. This morning I ordered a black iced coffee ($2.29) and ended up with an iced tea ($.99). The color of the liquid is very similar so I wasn't really paying attention. Took my first sip when I was about a mile down the road. I like iced tea but when I want coffee, I want coffee. Paid the $2.29 for a $.99 iced tea.
