I had Cincinnati Bell's FiOptics at my old apartment. I used to be able to download a full length movie in like ~7 min. That shit was boss.

Then I moved and they didn't offer it at my new apartment.

They do a lot of swapping of plans/downloading GIS images/etc.

They use it, and they can afford it.
