So because we had good people get run off by assholes, by letting said assholes do whatever they wanted, we should continue to let assholes be assholes because there's more of them than normal people left on the site?

Since this is the forum we're allowed to do hijacking I have two questions that I wasn't able to post before the SB thread got locked.
1) Is there a good behavior period which can erase the initial infraction warning. If i get one then I'm good for 3 months or 6 months, can I get reset to normal?
2) does it go warning-1 week ban, warning -month ban, warning-lifelong ban or is it warning-week-month-lifelong bang bang bang?
