I don't buy into that. I am not a strict Paleo and believe that dairy (Milk, Greek Yogurt, Sour Cream, etc) is good for you being a protein. JMHO.</SPAN>like_that;1166788 wrote:Cheese is def my weakness when it comes to eating healthy.

I'm with you bro. Anyone who doesn't eat cheese is a lesser person in my book.Sonofanump;1166843 wrote:I don't buy into that. I am not a strict Paleo and believe that dairy (Milk, Greek Yogurt, Sour Cream, etc) is good for you being a protein. JMHO.

I am not strict Paleo either. I was more speaking in terms of cheese is something I have a hard time consuming in proportion.Sonofanump;1166843 wrote:I don't buy into that. Agreed with "depends on what I'm eating" guy.

Too many cheeses to choose from. The stronger the better. Bleu is awesome but a smoked, dry gouda is great. I've had some french and spanish cheeses that are great. I prefer a cheese that I can smell through the wrapper.
The question is hard to answer because it is related to my mood or what I am eating at the time. It is almost like asking what is you favorite type of woman.
