Heisey had the hard part done on a good play to hold Ramirez to a single and Braun at 2B, but then muffed the ball, letting them go to 2nd and 3rd.

They said before the game he's only given up 7 runs the last 4 games. This inning isn't looking good though...SportsAndLady;1164687 wrote:Bronson has pitched pretty well, w/ little run support. Only 1 run in his last 2 games combined, despite pitching okay.

Got two huge outs right there. Hopefully he'll get out of this without any harm done.Rotinaj;1164691 wrote:They said before the game he's only given up 7 runs the last 4 games. This inning isn't looking good though...

That's what the Reds twitter came out with as well. Still a shot, but I would have thought it was further than that.wildcats20;1164697 wrote:They are saying 463 according to John Fay.

Gotta love the way Bronson has pitched this year. I still don't think he was ever healthy last season.

Stubbs was clearly safe. Think the ump called that one just cause he's used to it.

Bronson sneaked thru the bottom of the 4th to get another zero on the board. Could have easily been a bad crooked number.

Stubbs was easily safe.

Stubbs was safe and that was not a third strike to Votto.
Fuck that noise.

Been quite a few bad strike calls. On both teams.

Who was the guy arguing with me saying how atrocious Braun was on defense?

I think he's a good defensive player, but that was a pretty lucky grab there.

Rickie Weeks....typically hits a first pitch 470 foot HR off of the Reds....not yet!

Great break, excellent angle and a perfectly times reach/jump.

Anyone know if Phillips has said he was near 100%? I remember him saying he was 60% about 10 days ago but haven't heard anything since.

That was about as good as Bronson has ever looked. If he can just keep up a 9/1 K/BB ratio the rest of the season he'll be ok.
Got to get a split with Leake and Bailey the next 2 days.

I think you are right, they pushed Cueto up a day to stay on normal rest.

Yep, Bailey today, Cueto tomorrow. It would be nice to win the 2nd game of a 3 game series for once.
