For celina/portsmouth day those in the communities, or anyone who knew abou it, could get many seats half off.

I think they do have some of the good giveaways on weed days as well. I think they realize most people can make it on the weekends and cater to that.

What some pepople dont know is the dollar hot dog and pop stand..upper deck way on the end. I know there were people taking boxes of them down...20-30 at a time. I think we killed 14-16 of them.
There is a $1 stand on the lower level too, behind first base close to where they do the pregame concerts and kids zone.

They took that one away. Now it's some Food Network crap I think. The only $1 stand now is behind section 433 and you have to wait in like for 2-3 innings to get your food even with a light crowd.

Arroyo to Cozart pick-off to end the inning makes short work of the Cubs in the 1st. I think when Arroyo turned and saw how good a shot he had he almost pulled the throw too much to get the out, but Cozart makes a good play to get the tag.

Samardzija and Soto allow Votto to reach on a WP K with two outs, but they still best 10 pitch inning by Arroyo and Hanigan by two!

Off topic, but Billy Hamilton has been killing it in Bakersfield. 29 stolen bases in 23 games and hitting .402.

Looks like the pick-off to end last inning was bad strategy. If he's on 2nd, LaHair gets pitched around and doesn't hit the HR his first time up!

Only Red to reach base is Votto and he has reached twice.

Great job by BP to insure the run scores on the inning ending DP. Do you think Bruce beats out the DP attempt if LaHair throws immediately to the bag at 2B to try to get two with the run not counting?

Bruce is gonna hit a game winning homer in the 9th to keep his streak going.

Hitting something ridiculous like .364 on regular infield grounders. Last week had 15 stolen bases in 7 games. Can't wait to see him progress and rise up.

Stubbs swing at the one out of the zone killed his AB on Marmol who you can't give any strikes on pitches out of the zone! And I think the called strike on the 2nd 3-2 pitch was not correct!

Not possible now, have to hope he gets it for a tie if BP can get on!

Terrible plate approaches for the Reds tonight, outside of Joey.

Back door sliders get Marmol's 2 Ks in the 9th. Both ABs were marred by swinging a the 2nd pitch that was out of the zone.
