I love a good burger, but I honestly didn't think Terry's Turf Club was as good as Arthur's, and just slightly better than Zip's. I'll have to go back again to see if I just had an off night there or something since it seems like everyone else thinks it's the best burger in Cincinnati.

If you go back, get Rosemary-Garlic-Curry sauce, american cheese, grilled onions and grilled banana peppers. My buddy swears by the Lump Crab meat on his burger. Also try the Filet Mignon chilli.Terry_Tate;1158969 wrote:I love a good burger, but I honestly didn't think Terry's Turf Club was as good as Arthur's, and just slightly better than Zip's. On Eastern Avenue. Go.
I'll recommend Terry's Turf Club as well.goosebumps;1158975 wrote:If you go back, get Rosemary-Garlic-Curry sauce, american cheese, grilled onions and grilled banana peppers. My buddy swears by the Lump Crab meat on his burger. Also try the Filet Mignon chilli.
The rosemary, garlic, and curry sauce is tremendous! I got it. I doubt there is a bad burger combo there.
Is it the best? Can't say that. Thurman Cafe has great burgers. Matt's Bar (Minneapolis) has the Jucy Lucy's. Regardless, they are all quality and worth eating at multiple times.

Thurman's is on my Bucket List, Really need to get up there and try it. I'll say that of all the Burger places in Cincy, Terry's is the best.OSH;1158978 wrote:I'll recommend Terry's Turf Club as well.

BRF is interested in railroad history. Apparently from reading this thread, the Terminal is a museum. Is it railroad oriented? The north-south line through Orrville was called the Cleveland Akron and Columbus RR, but later (about 100 years ago) became the Cleveland Akron and Cincinnati RR (CA&C) of the great Pennsylvania RR system.
Now go ahead and make fun of an old guy!

At one point, a section of the museum was dedicated to its railroad history. I'm not sure if that section is still there, though.BRF;1158984 wrote:BRF is interested in railroad history. Arthur's burgers are delicious, but honestly their fries are gross and the bun the stick the burger on is nothing to write home about. The thing is the burger is so juicy that the bun ends up a hot mess anyways. But hey they have good beers on tap at Arthur's. Founders Dry Hopped Pale Ale right now.

I mentioned Arthur's for convenience. I prefer Zips and Terry's.
